Changes:
- API documentation in feedapi_mapper.api.php
- Mappers declare their mapping targets. This changes the API for mappers, if you maintain a mapper outside of feedapi_mapper, refer to feedapi_mapper.api.php for changes.
- Fixes to date mapper [##215979] - thanks to everybody involved moving this issue forward.
