I have a Panels-page setup using two column stacked, in IE it looks fine, but in Firefox (v3 in my case) it puts the middle section on top of the top and bottom sections, no matter if I have it using table or div tags for the middle section it still shows the middle on top of the others

Queue cleanup. Sorry this was not answered, over a year old now. Anyone who has a problem like this should verify the problem still occurs in Garland.
