I'm a bit confused about the categories list this module puts on the story. What does it do and can I turn this off. All I want is if I type certain words that they be linked to a definition. If I want to categorize the node itself I would think I would set up a list of categories not pick words that I want to have defined. I guess the feature I'm requesting is a bit more documentation on what the module does and how to use it. I got it setup OK and can add terms, but I'm really unlear on the categories option when creating new content. All it says is This is for the glossery module?

you should not assign any content types to the vocabulary that you use to hold your glossary. that way, this will not appear on your node form.
