Add a column to the administrative interface with the role applicant's email address

Issue Summary

Is there any way to add a column to the Manager Role applications table at admin/user/apply_for_role that includes the user email? I receive a list of people and their email that are authorized to access certain parts of the site. Often their username gives no indication to their real name or email address. Would like to avoid having to look up each users email. Thanks
