Some users would like to hide the "Video Unavailable" image via CSS, so the tag needs to have a class applied to it for this to work.

I just checked in the fix for this issue. It will be in the next release. Here are the classes to be used...
flashvideo_mia - The "Video not available" image.
flashvideo_thumbnail - The FlashVideo thumbnail.
flashvideo_thumbnail_mia - The "Thumbnail Unavailable" image.
