Tokenized Subject in Email Form

I have a business listing node with email contact form. I would appreciate if it was possible to have tokens in the subject textfield.

Eg: a Restaurant called Food & Bev Inn listed on restaurants.com. If a user clicks the email form, the following would show

Email* --------[User-email token]
Subject* ---------Inquiry about [node-title token] as listed on [site-name token]

So this would be : Inquiry about Food & Bev Inn as listd on Restaurants.com

Such a feature would help the business and directory owner keep statistics on how many emails are sent via the directory website
