using webmail plus with wamp on drupal 6.10 to send mail on localhost

i am using drupal 6.10 with wamp on windows and trying to send mail on localhost using webmailplus. but i am a total newbie to drupal and dont know how to begin with using webmail plus to send mail on localhost .
pls help with the configuration of webmail plus and all related modules.

i am trying to run the site on my company intranet and using windows xp. i want my employees to be able to send mails along with file attachments to each other. since the application will be on the intranet so i want them to use their gmail or yahoo accounts and still be able to send mails to each other .

pls help this application has been pending for a while now and i hav'nt been able to have any great help from anywhere.
