What would you do differently?

I am new to drupal. My first project was to create a deal aggregator site. I called it www.juicydeals.net. I think I worked too much on the site and then kind of gave up. I am wondering what you think are some things that you would do to make this site more effective? I was hoping to make some small changes to make it easy to use. BTW, I would post this in the showcase section, but I really don't feel that it is ready at this point. Thanks for any advice!
