Hi, I have Drupal 6.10 and install contact attach 6.x-1.x-dev, I already activate the module and setup up to 1, 2 and 3 files in the settings area but there is no any attach fields in my contact form. Do I need to do any thing else? How can I check it's a good installation?

You might check your permissions to see that they are correctly set. There are two for Contact attach: send attachments with site-wide contact form and send attachments with user contact form.
