So i found a way to upload images when replying to a post. Using comment upload module, is there anyway to incorporate the inline module to work with this. I currently have it running but for some reason it's not displaying the image. When using the tag no errors show but I don't see an image either.
How do i add inline embedded images to forum comment post?

First step: are you sure your comments are using the correct input format? i.e. the one that has the inline input filter in it?
But I wouldn't be surprised if this Comment Upload had it's own mechanism for handling it's attachments, and thus a different sub-module for Inline API would be needed.
However, marking as duplicate of #149300: Filter for comments.
