Issue Summary
Re-populate the parent selection box on category forms, when value of the 'container' field changes (using AJAX, without having to refresh the page). With JavaScript disabled, the form's behaviour degrades gracefully to its current state.

The active select module has been developed for this purpose, and category now takes advantage of active select form elements when they're available.
