Patch for creating node token and email action

Hi,

I modified the module a bit in two ways:

1) Added node id token, so the node the user paid for is available programatically

2) Added a new action to email the node url to the person who bought the node

For some reason I'm unable to create a proper patch, that might be because of my well loved vista, but I attached the module I have, please review it.
