Hey everyone,
i want to customize my book navigation menu. I have 2 titles for each book page, a short title that i want to appear in the navigation at the bottom of the screen and a long title that i want to appear in the tree list on the first page. Any idea on how can i do that, show a custom content in the navigation bar or the tree list.

Did you find a solution to that? I actually have a similar problem right now – I'd like to display an additional string from a CCK field in the book navigation.
