Fixed bug #434188: Unable to install due to missing '_create_chatcatcher_secret' + fix by including chatcatcher.module in chatcatcher.install
Fixed #431566: chatcatcher_post_comment() should use a theme function - chatcatcher now uses a theme function to include the avatar and link to original post - users may override that theme function to change appearance of submitted comments.
Also fixed issue with "ignore users" function
