We had Drupal set up, and I had the Folksonomy module running, but decided to go back to using taxonomy before we put 100+ articles into the database. I have looked for a couple hours on how to add/change categories - and categories is not there:
* add a vocabulary at administer >> categories >> add vocabulary.
* administer taxonomy at administer >> categories.
I have checked access control, re-added the taxonomy.module, checked modules, and everything I can think of - its not showing up, but I can enable/disable the module so i know its there.
What am I missing?
Thanks
Gregg

Administer Menu
You'll find the page OK by just entering the URL
/admin/taxonomyIf you try hard enough, it turns out you can actually delete, disable or relocate 'built-in' menu items from the menu - administer menus and you'll see it's totally customizable. So my guess is that the link went missing from there.
You'll see a button to 'reset menus' - but if that's too drastic for you, you may be able to remake it yourself using the above path.
It's probably just 'disabled' however.

Thanks!
That was it!!!
The scriptures warn against zeal without knowledge - I was a little too zealous in cleaning up my menus.
