Block with one user's friend feed

I am trying to make a block that will display the site-wide twitter account's friend feed. I've managed to get a view that will show the account's own tweets, but not friends' tweets. The documentation seems to suggest that the module has the capability, but I can't figure out how. Thanks for any suggestions.
