I follow instruction in readme file but I get nothing.

I'm having the same problem. I read the instructions, but the block does not appear in my block admin page.

You must define new regions in .info of theme directory then when you create new webform you should looking in Webform advanced settings and check in Generate a block.

If not work we have another choice http://drupal.org/project/nodeasblock

Actually, I figured out the problem was that I hadn't published the node.
