I installed this with the Twitter module. I got Twitter up and running and got that to pull in tweets. Then I went to my user account and put in my username and password for my account in the daily twitter section expecting something to pop up and nothing did...... I already have a twitter tab on my user account thanks to the twitter module but I don't really understand what is supposed to happen with Daily Twitter installed.....

Am I missing something? I don't see anything in my blog where I expected to.

Do you have other twitter modules installed? 'cause Daily Twitter doesn't ask for a password. Only an account name. Daily Twitter adds a "Daily Tweets" tab to your account which you put your twitter account in.

Ahh yes you are right. I added my account name but nothing happened after I did..... so what does this actually do?

Thanks,

Crap I should make that more clear. Basically when cron.php runs, it'll pull your "yesterday's" tweets into your personal blog. It will only do this once per day and in fact I think I have a bug in it where it won't do the very first day's worth now that I think of it. (ie, wait a day or two and see if it picks up) Let me know if this does seem to be the case and I'll see what I can do about that. (and making this more clear)

Hi this evening for me it pulled in the first tweets from our company's twitter page, which were posted yesterday afteroon so, it does work which is good. Just curious, can daily twitter be put into a block?

Thanks for the feed back and explanation.

Glad to hear it worked! As for in a block -- as-is no but that seems like it would be a neat feature! Would you mind submitting that as a separate feature request and maybe a little info about how you could envision it looking/how you would you set it up/that kind of thing. I have an idea in my head but I'd like to see what you think. =) I'm going to close this issue though. Thanks!!
