Cant find .htaccess-cachestatic

Issue Summary

Hi,

I'm trying to install cache static and I'm up to step 4.

"4 - Replace the current .htaccess by .htaccess-cachestatic"

But I can't find .htaccess-cachestatic or any .htaccess file in the module directory.
