Shouldn't the module folder contain a cnr.info file? That file doesn't seem to be there in v.1.3. Without it, the module won't show up on the list of modules, so I can't enable it.

It seems like you left out the info and install files again... I have used the ones in 1.5 but it might be more convenient to have them in one tarball.
