Prepopulate add event based on current node title

I have a node type called property and at the bottom of the node is an add event link this has a node_referrer field that allows a user to choose the property node linked to that event. What I would really like to do is AUTOMATICALLY populate the events property_node_referrer field based on the property node we have just come from.

Is this possible with prepopulate?
