Great if this module worked with avatars.
Suggest: -
Button on user account page to upload avatar using webcam. Software automatically degrades the photo to the maximum specified dimensions. If file over size then reprocess photo at lower bit rate, until within file size. Name photo using yymmdd date then random sequence in GIF. Provide automatic balancing to 20% grey. Include admin option to only allow avatar uploads via this module on a per role basis. Provide black and white only option also (greyscale).

+99! Really cool idea. Add this to the admin create user page too and you can use it for signing people up in the realworld with a webcam on your computer (e.g. at a sports centre).
