Import should now work properly - but the privatemsg import changes have been untested - please can those that use this, successfully or not, let me know how the import went so that I can fix the problems/roll a final release.
Updated to match the changes in the privatemsg module, so that the old hacked up version is no longer needed instead of the current HEAD release of privatemsg.
Those that have already migrated to Drupal can safely ignore this update.
A little late - one bug fix (allowing phpbb_redirect to work with drupal 6.2) and one feature (improved comment redirect - it redirects to the correct page when using flat comments with oldest first.)

Final bugfix series for migrating phpbb 2.x to Drupal 5.x. Some of the issues fixed:

EDIT - there is a typo in this release which makes the module unusable. Please use the newer snapshot.
