Daily Reports:How can I know number of articles posted by date, users and other reports

Hi,

Is there a way I can know the number of articles we post on a daily basis and by user. Also would like to have reports on number of articles under each section etc.

Investigate http://drupal.org/project/graphstat - it will do at least some of what you want I think.
