Is "Directly go to the terms if there is only one vocabulary" somehow possible in BLOCK, as i would like to show only one vocab, and directly with all terms in it?

I suppose what you are looking for is a block to display the terms. At this time the block displays the vocabularies. It would need to be created. Also, it is somewhat dangerous in case you have thousand of terms in a taxonomy!

yeah show terms, that what "directly go to terms" option does so i mean that :-) Dangerous, i like dangerous, give me dangerous terms :).

Okay, that was actually quite easy. I put a few features directly in the block configuration area. The next -dev will have the code (wait up to 12h to get it... make sure it is dated May 9, 2009.)
Let me know if you have any problem with that version.
Note that since I was worried about the cheer size of some taxonomies, there is a way to limit the number of entries (i.e. 5 or 10... you choose, default to 0 meaning all the terms!)

Nice that u added that, i already went to taxonomy list for solution i needed, but will try this also as it maybe better to use.
