Hey all
I'm wondering if 4.7-beta-3 supports G2 (Gallery 2). I've looked at the gallery module and it lists support for 4.6 only.

I would rather build my site on 4.7-beta-3 and then update it to stable 4.7 when it comes out. Putting 4.6.5 +G2 and then updating it to Drupal 4.7 when it makes to stable is going to be a big pain.

The Gallery module does support Drupal 4.7. It's true that on the download page it still says 4.6 but when looking at the CVS you'll see that support for 4.7 was included.

I have actually integrated Gallery2 in both a 4.7 beta 2 and 4.7 beta 3 Drupal installation and both work fine.

One note however: there is another Gallery module available (adapted version of the original one with a number of improvements) through the forums - this one does not support 4.7 yet.

So the one on the official download page will with 4.7 or do i have to get the Gallery module from CVS in order for it to work?
Sorry, i'm just confused with different versions and download sources.

I'm not sure whether the official one is the latest version, I would propose you download the CVS version (quite easy, as it is only one file - "gallery.module" - that you actually need).
