Description
The definitions for the menu table changed drastically between Drupal 5 and Drupal 6. We not have menu_custom, menu_links and menu_router.

A thorough review of the field attributes needs to occur. Here is the initial patch.

Committed to CVS. I expect that there may be more changes to the file though.
