Description
It would probably be helpful to have a "Live on Schedule" trigger, so users could attach an action to that event (such as sending an email when an item goes live). We probably also want an action that queues up an item, so users could queue on creation or something similar.

Added in commit #227326. Added a 'Live on Schedule' trigger so you can, e.g., send an email when a node goes live on the schedule. Also added a configurable action for adding nodes to queues, so you can, e.g., queue up an item in the queue of your choice when it is created.
