1. Sorry for the far too long delay - studies and other stuff kept me busy for quite a while.

2. Thanks for the patch, it's the exact right one. Nevertheless, I committed this change way before you sent the patch (link) so it's already fixed in CVS. I should consider putting out a new release, though.
