Best Way to Use in a Zen Subtheme for Primary Navigation?

What would be the best way to add one of these blocks into the Zen "navbar" div?
In the current theme I have to create, the first two levels of Primary Links are shown in a dropdown navbar at the top and the third and fourth levels are shown in a second menu block on the left side of the page. It seems like a perfect fit for this module, but I'm not sure how to get my first two levels (currently in a menu block) to appear inside of the #navbar div in my Zen layout.
Is there a function to call to spit the block out in this section of the page.tpl.php file?
