Select Catalog when creating donation product?

I really need the ability to select a catalog when creating a donation product, just like when creating a product. I can select "donation" from the catalog list in the product content type, but there is no catalog listing to even make a choice from in the donation product content type.

I attached an image of the select catalog feature in the product content type for reference.
