Blocks not enabling

Hello everyone, I have a site where when I activate a block by setting a seccion and weigh, nothing happens. It does not give any error, just stays disabled. I hae tried with many blocks, but the same.
Blockcache is installed, in case it has something to do.
Any suggestions?
change the theme
Some themes don't have left sidebar or right sidebar. I had encountered such before. Try another theme.

Hi, it was a problem with blockcache module, I uninstalled it and every works fine now. I am managing caching myself now, thanks god it's a simple thing to do with Drupal cache API.

P.S. The sidebar in the theme... it was the theme, the sidebars were where they weren't supposed to be :)
