Admin not seeing block!

I'm using OG Block Visibility in conjunction with NodeBlock, and am running into trouble. When I am logged in as admin (user 1) and make the block visible only within a specific group, the admin user cannot see the block. Any other user within the organic group can see it, but not admin.
I'm sure this is something obvious that I'm just not seeing. Any help would be really appreciated.

Ok, I have no idea at this point why, but the block is now visible by the admin account (user 1). I'll keep looking into it, and would still like to know why (so I can prevent it from happening again), but at least it's working now. Please let me know if you have the same trouble or an idea why it happened.
