I did not like it, that that the context block was only showing the vocabulary name in it's subject header. I uploaded this patch that adds a configuration option allowing you to either disable it or change it to the parent term of the context.

I believe in the 5.x versions you can do this by simply visiting the "Blocks" page in the Admin area and changing the Block title.

Reopen this with a current release if it is still valid.
