Through the logs I discover a repeated entry 'file not found'

thats the problem in tapestry 1.6 they ar with out icons beacause they are not GPL
take the icons from 2.0 version and don't enable ie altenative icons.
or take the tapestry theme from roopletheme demo page

closed -- issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
