Hello,

I have been trying the Views Export module, and I see the file are similar to:
"I AM A VALUE","",""
being "" some empty values. When I open that generated file with Excel, it does not separate the columns correctly, as it expects the separator to be ";". I know I can import that CSV specifying the separator, but I would like to know where is the separator character defined, so it can be defined as an option.

I have tried with Excel 2007 and OpenOffice 3.0.

I am attaching an example. I have a parallel problem, which is the encoding, as you can see in the screenshot...

I was only curious because this comes up so often. For me, I have to import the file and specifically choose semi-colon as the deliminator to get this error and opening them directly "just works" on all my machines. It is a /comma/ separated file so I will not change the default but this is the reason there is an option to change the deliminator when setting up the style.
