Just a suggestion,

It would be interesting if the suggested articles in the sidebar were either; random or tracked. I mean track in the sense that once a visitor has read that article, it doesn't show up in the suggested reads anymore.

Not sure if this is the correct module for this suggestion or possibly Similar Entries

This can be done as another More Like This provider. The current taxonomy based provider could be used as a starting point. The point of the current provider was to show the top related regardless of who viewed it. I like the idea though.
