Description
The background color was not being properly set on Nice Map views. Maps would always appear with a white background regardless of the settings on the Nice Map settings page and the views settings.
This patch fixes it so the background color setting for the view is used if set, and if not, the color in the Nice Map settings is used.

How do I apply these patches? Do I just copy the code and paste into the relevant files?
I keep seeing these patches doen and have no idea how to apply them
