After upgrading to the version released today, I'm still having issues with the upload form appearing. I even went as far as doing a clean install of Drupal, CCK, and CDN2 - still nothing. Attached is a screen capture of what I am seeing (Firebug code display included).

Additionally, I am still receiving this error:

warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'theme_cdn2_upload_form_test' was given in /var/www/vhosts/development.chromaticsites.com/httpdocs/0034-01_thegreatpoliticaldebate.com/includes/theme.inc on line 617.

Goto admin/build/modules and clear cache. THe menu items change so they need to be rebuilt.

Did both before posting - still nothing. Just did it once more to be sure, even used Devel to rebuild the menus and clear the cache again. Still nothing.

Try using version 1.4

No worries, I figured out the error in the code and was just posting a response as to what was wrong. CVS isn't my thing either - so again, no worries. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
