While creating or editing a view, the Header content doesn't seem to be saving the input format, For example, I put some php into the Header field to add a drop-down selector to a certain view, selecting php code as the input format. Instead of rendering the drop-down selector, the php code is displayed as text in the Header area. When I go in to edit the view I notice that filtered html is the selected input format, despite my having selected php before I saved.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

merlinofchaos commentedHmm, how strange. I will have to doublecheck this.
In the 4.7 version, with beta1 there is a bug that causes the filter format not to be saved. But you report this as 4.6, and I wasn't aware of a bug there. I will investigate further. Please let me know if you really meant 4.7 and it's the bug with the beta.

merlinofchaos commentedWell I can confirm the bug is still there. I haven't had a chance to look at it, but it's not forgotten.
