Can I set read only nodes for og managers also? So that way, group managers will be able to post content but after posted, they won´t be able to edit that stuff.

I am not sure that this feature fits in the scope of this module. Did you try to edit the Drupal permissions so that a manager can't modify his own posts ?

I keep this issue open as a feature request, but unfortunately, we have not enough time to implement it. Patches welcome.
