Hi and good morning from good old Germany,

I've got a problem with the project issue tracking module. I installed the drupal software and the project issue tracking module and it works perfect. Now I want change the entries under "Component" and "Category" but I don't no how!
I hope anybody can tell me what I have to do.

FYI: I rarely find support requests in forum topics like this. You're much more likely to get help with the project* suite of modules in the issue queues:

That said, you can edit the components per-project by editing the project nodes themselves, and clicking on the "Issues" subtab under the edit tab.

Categories aren't currently customizable at all :(
