Problems installing Adsense on my site

I want to put some ads on every pages of my site, so I used Adsense Module. But after installing it I simply don't understand how to insert that ads... I read something about some IDs of channels or something, recently I discovered that maybe I need another module... to complete the Adsense Module.
Please help .. I exhausted all the information sources about this problem...

I finally understand some things about this Adsense Module, I made an Adsense block but no image apears in that block yet. Is this ok, I must wait some time or what is the problem?

You need not wait more than 10 minutes after you have created the add.
