It would be great feature-to have possibility to place share link anywhere using views (tables,grid view..)

It would be even more useful if we could share the whole view. I have several views in which I would like to place a Share This icon in the page view header. Is there a php snippet which will do the job?

Yeah, I've got this same need -- got to allow users to share views and panels pages. Looking over the code of the module, it seems that it requires the shared thing to be a node. Why is that? And is there a way to circumvent it?
