In CiviCRM 1.3, email fields now have locations associated with them.

The volunteer module cannot *ever* find a CiviCRM 1.3 profile with an email address in it becuase, I think, in 1.3 civicrm email addresses have location data attached (i.e. work, home, etc.) Whereas in 1.2, there was no location option.

I've talked to Kieran and we agreed to not fix this. Users will need to manually update their profile.

Ok, there was some misunderstanding going on. New sites actually got incorrect data inserted and thus the error wouldn't show up for them. I have fixed the check in the code, CSL needs to fix their data to include default locations.
