I create block with some content and I want to publish that block on panel page. I don't check neither of option roles permission so my block should see every visitor on my site. However,if I login as admin I see this block. If i log out I can't see this block. I use sky theme and drupal 5.x.-1.6.How can I fix that?

Did you used the block visibility on admin/build/block on this specific block?

No I didn't use the block visibility.In field "Show block for specific roles: " I didn't check nothing.
