Image from node to teaser?

Hey all,

I'm desperately trying to figure out a way to have inline images (that are uploaded into the node via fckeditor/image) resized to thumbnails and linked to the node for display on a custom front page.

I found the Teaser Thumbnail module ( http://drupal.org/project/teaserthumbnail ) which looks *perfect* for what I need it to do.. But, I'm pretty sure I followed the readme instructions correctly, and it does not seem to be working...

I have my View set to fields, and am getting the Teaser Thumbnail, Title, and Teaser - but the images are neither resized or linked... ?

(Right now I'm doing a rather messy php-based split on the body at the image tag - need something more reliable!) ;)

I would be grateful for any ideas or input.
