Cluetip

I made some different sites with Drupal and I am loving it!

For a new site I tried to implement the Cluetip module using JQuery, but failed so far.
The idea is that some news feeds I aggregated in a block have to popup on mouseover showing the title and description.

The cluetip help pages are abracadabra for me and I tried to implement code in my tags, but no...nothing.

Anybody out there who knows hows and where to implement the right code? I am looking for something like used on websites as http://popurls.com/ and http://alltop.com/

Did anybody find a simple manual for Cluetip? Or am I just looking in the wrong direction?
