Is there any way to use the affiliate link to assign anonymous users a role? Let say John Doe goes to my site via yoursite.com/affiliates/janedoe. By using this link John would be assigned the role of "affiliate customer" so he could then see discounted pricing in the store or the form where he could sign up to be an affiliate.

That's okay. Found a different solution to my problem using the Session variable set up by Affiliates 2.
