Drupal 6.11, fckeditor 6.x-1.3, FCKeditor 2.6.4

In IE6 and IE7, when I click on Insert/Edit Image or Insert/Edit Flash, the resulting dialog boxes only have a Cancel button, but no OK button. It doesn't seem to be theme-dependent - I've tried Garland and Bluemarine. Although the buttons are present in Firefox, bizarrely, in Firefox, in Image Properties/Link, the Browse Server button is missing!

I (thought I) followed the configuration instructions to the letter, but I guess not. Any ideas where I went wrong?

Hmmm sounds really strange. Clear browser's cache and check if that changed anything.

No change. Clearing the cache in IE6 didn't restore the OK button; and clearing the cache in FF didn't restore the Browse Server button.
